1. Ordering Products

- Payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Goods are not supplied on a sale-or-return basis.
- All prices displayed on our website are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
2. Opening an Account and Placing an Order
To place an order, you may register for an account or use guest checkout.
When registering, you must provide compulsory personal information so that we can process orders.
You confirm that all information supplied to us is true, accurate and up to date. You may update your details at any time through your account dashboard.
When you create an account, we may issue login credentials or request that you create passwords to access secure areas of the Website. You are responsible for keeping these confidential. Lotessa Ltd shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account unless caused by our negligence.
If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
When ordering via guest checkout, we collect only the information required to fulfil your order unless you opt in to marketing communications.
3. Processing Orders
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 working hours, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
While we aim to dispatch same day for orders placed before midday, this is not guaranteed and may be affected by workload, stock availability or verification checks.
4. Delivery Times
Orders are sent to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Delivery typically takes up to 5 working days within mainland UK, depending on the courier selected.
Our delivery partners do not normally deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays unless specifically stated at checkout.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful due to absence, incorrect address details or refusal of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery.
If a parcel is returned to us, we will contact you and a re-delivery charge may apply.
6. Inspection on Delivery
You must inspect parcels upon receipt.
If goods arrive damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please notify us within 5 days of delivery so that we can investigate and arrange replacement or refund where appropriate.
Failure to notify us within this period may affect our ability to assist.

Standard Shipping – Delivery in the United Kingdom
Standard delivery is charged at £4.09 per order and is typically delivered within 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch.
Express Delivery (Next Working Day)
Express delivery is charged at £9.99 per order.
Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (UK time) to qualify for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery will be made on the following working day, subject to courier availability.

Delivery Conditions
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to peak trading periods, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or courier operational issues.
Lotessa shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from delivery delays caused by third-party carriers.
All delivery charges are displayed at checkout prior to payment and are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
8. Overseas Deliveries
Where international shipping is offered, charges and delivery times are calculated individually at checkout.
Overseas delivery may take up to 10 working days or longer depending on destination and customs processes.
9. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by you.
10. Returns in Transit
Where items are being returned to us, they remain your responsibility until received by us.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service when returning goods.
